We do not have access to the Theater on Sunday. Games move to room 204, and we will have a lounge area in room 203 so attendees can get away from the crowds. For closing ceremonies the two rooms 203-204 are combined for an assembly area that seats about 300 people.

For the awards ceremony, what will happen if you win an award but you aren't there? Will it be put with the build/display? I'll be there on Friday and Sunday, but not Saturday, that's why I'm wondering.
